What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?
The HR Collaborative website use “cookies” to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that’s placed on your hard disk by a webpage server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
HR Collaborative allows Google Analytics to collect data about your traffic via Google advertising cookies and other anonymous identifiers, in addition to data collected through a standard Google Analytics implementation. This site uses Google Analytics Advertising Features, including Remarketing with Google and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting, to measure, record, and report anonymous visitor data. This anonymous data may be used to serve advertisements via Google’s advertising and Remarketing channels and third-party vendors to users on various websites. This site and third-party vendors use data collected from Google and Doubleclick cookies and other anonymous identifiers to understand demographic trends and to serve ads based on past visits to this site.
HR Collaborative also allows HubSpot to collect data about your traffic.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages and posts on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of HR Collaborative’s website or other sites you visit.
Where do we send your data?
