HR Business Partner
Lisa Struck is a graduate of Calvin College and has over fifteen years of experience in human resources leadership. With a majority of her experience in the healthcare field, Lisa leveraged her expertise as a Director of Human Resources to integrate HR goals into the strategic plans of the organization. Lisa is passionate about creating great places to work by focusing on employee engagement and by building strong company culture. She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, performance management, talent acquisition, compliance, and strategic planning. Lisa enjoys building relationships with people working at all levels of an organization to analyze and develop best workplace practices.
