Laura Dyke has worn many hats in the human resource world since graduating from Grand Valley State University with a BA in Management and emphasis in Human Resources. Her accomplishments cover many aspects of human resources, including benefit administration, payroll, performance management, workers’ compensation and training. Laura is a Juris Doctor (JD) candidate with a focus on employment law. Before joining HR Collaborative in 2015, Laura’s primary experience was in the manufacturing industry. She loves to solve problems and find the best solution for all involved.
