With over a decade of strategic human resources staffing experience, Debbie Lockwood is a natural leader who is passionate about organizational development and performance management strategies that help non-profits realize their mission. Debbie’s approach to helping non-profits become more effective and efficient is based on engaging board members and executives to define expectations and manage the overall process. Working with multiple stakeholders to align an organization’s vision with executive leadership, or to find the new leadership to bring clarity to the mission are Debbie’s focus. She earned her master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University in Chicago.
